7:00 pm – Board of Directors met prior to the general membership meeting. These are the list of issues that were discussed:

7:38 pm – Meeting was called to order

Introduction of Officers:  Mike Cumberland- President, John Hiser- treasurer (absent), Brian Jesteadt- Membership, James Hacke- Secretary, Roger Carfangia- Pistol, Mike Ripley- Black Powder & Junior Rifle.

Treasurer’s Report: Steve read the report in John’s absence.

Bills and Communications:   Blue Star Timber Resources sent the club a letter inquiring about taking timber off the property.

Pop: Steve turned in $7.

Rental Committee Report: Nothing to report this month.

Pistol Team:  Rodger reported that they had 2 matches since last month’s meeting.  Rodger took in $206, expenses of $115, kept $27, turned in $64.   22 cal. & Centerfire 32, 38, & 45 cal. All welcome to come practice.

Trap Team:  Winter league will be ending on January 19.  Nothing to turn in this month.  Tom said the winter trap league banquet will be on February 29.  Practice will also end on January 19 and will resume on Tuesdays in the Spring.  It cost $3.50 per round of 25 targets.  Anyone is welcome to come and shoot. 

Black Powder:  Mike announced the hunters who showed up for the primitive deer hunt were able to harvest 6 deer.  Mike announced that the Frolic will be held on March 28.  There will be a trail shoot, paper targets at the range, and a banquet to follow. 

Meat Shoot:  Mike took in $160, expenses $110, kept $15, turned in $35.  Meat shoots are on the 2nd Sunday of each month at 11:00 am.  (Black powder, closest to bullseye).

Junior Rifle Team:  Mike said that there has been a nice turnout of kids.  Mike was very pleased to announce that the kids are showing positive concentration which is reflecting in their improved shooting.  Shooting will be on the 1st and 3rd Monday of the month from 6:30-8 pm and only cost $2.  Contact Mike Ripley with any questions or interest. 

Archery:  Nothing to report. 

Fun Indoor Shoot:  Dickie turned in $185.  They normally shoot every Monday 10 am-till shooting is done.  Doors open at 9 am.  Everyone is welcome.   .22 caliber rifles from a rested position. Closest to bullseye wins a prize. 

Membership:  REMINDER – Only 1 month left to renew your memberships and key cards.  After February you will need to pay the $15 initiation fee to renew.  Brian took in $3,970, maintenance fund $480, general fund $3,490, key cards $140.  Brian said we ended 2019 with about 83 new members.  Beginning the year 2020 we have 10 new members, 462 senior life/charter members, ? total club members.

Old Business:  John is still working towards getting a small games of chance license for the club. 

New Business:  Dave Birckbichler Carpentry, a club member, offered to put together a bid for a pole building.  Any other club members in the construction business that would like to submit a bid for a new pole building can contact a member of the BOD.  We are looking to build a 30x30x10 building with one overhead door 14×9 and one 36” man door with a cement floor.
